1 1/2 oz. Black Velvet Canadian Whisky
4 oz. sparkling lemonade
dash of bitters
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Add the bitters, then the Black Velvet
Canadian Whisky and top with sparkling lemonade.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
