Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients:

2 oz. Three Olives Cake
2 oz. pineapple juice
1/4 oz. Amaretto (optional)
Ice

Directions:

1. Pour vodka and pineapple juice into a rocks glass over ice.

2. Top with Amaretto.

Makes 1 Serving.
