It's the addition of the cranberry juice that turns a plain Cadillac into a Pink Cadillac Convertible. Some people like to rim the glass with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping the rim into a saucer of salt. Jose Cuervo Tradicional has the personality to emerge from the embrace of the 2 orange liqueurs in this cocktail.
1½ oz Jose Cuervo Tradicional tequila
½ oz Cointreau
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz cranberry juice
½ oz Grand Marnier
Garnish:
Lime wedge
1. Stir tequila, Cointreau, lime and cranberry juices in a tumbler half-filled with crushed ice. Pour Grand Marnier onto the surface of the drink and garnish with a lime wedge.
