Autumn 2000
By: The Martini Club

This classically-styled cocktail is reminiscent of a Roman sculpture, with a sprig of rosemary standing in for the fig leaf.

2 oz vodka

Garnish:
Spritz of dry vermouth
Rosemary sprig

1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add vodka and a spritz of vermouth from an atomizer or add a drop or two to taste.

2. Stir and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and serve.
