Emily Richards is a professional home economist and celebrity television food personality who has taught in the LCBO Event Kitchens for about 10 years.

She has authored cookbooks – her latest is titled Italian Express – has written for various food magazines and creates recipes for FOOD & DRINK Magazine, Heart & Stroke Foundation, Hain Celestial Canada, Longo’s grocery stores and the Ontario Potato Board, to name a few.

Emily is sculpting her next cookbook with the inspiration and suggestions she receives from teaching cooking classes and the amazing people she meets.
