Executive chef and Sommelier Tonia Wilson is one
of FOOD & DRINK magazine’s regular contributors; look
for her latest recipes in both the Holiday 2008 and Winter
2009 issues. Tonia’s recipes are generally easy to prepare, but
also impressive and elegant enough to provide the “wow”
factor for your entertaining menus.
Along with writing for various publications, Chef Wilson
was the consulting editor of the recently published Wine
Illustrated. Her company, Savour (www.savourflavour.com)
specializes in teaching cooking classes, as well as organizing
wine and beer events for corporate and
private clients.
Chef Tonia Wilson held the position of
Executive chef at Canadian Embassies
in both Italy and Belgium, and brings to her
classes a great flare for outstanding
presentation and plating, delicious foods,
and an abundance of useful tips.
