and interactive floral demonstration filled with ideas on how to use the
bounty of the season to create stunning, fresh, simple and creative

Want to eat more locally but not always sure of where to find or how to
choose local produce, meats and fish? Join us for a special evening that
showcases the local bounties found at Sarnia’s Farmers Market with a summer
menu prepared by Chef Alastair Mackay. Tonight, you will also meet local
farmers and vendors such as The Country Butcher, Twin Bridge Honey,
Spicin’ it up, Massad Farms and Purdy’s Fisheries as they
enlighten you with information on their local products and the advantages to
buying local fresh ingredients. Chef Alastair will offer expert advice on
how to choose the freshest and best seasonal ingredients as he demonstrates
how to use these local ingredients in a meal that truly reflects home. Our
Product Consultant will match a selection of truly outstanding Ontario VQA
wines to the menu.

Chef, and Artopia Gallery & Framing, to discuss and demonstrate the do’s
and don’ts from flowers and floral designs to décor, cuisine, gift-giving

your own bouquet. Our Product Consultant will assist you with all your
beverage alcohol related dilemmas, Special Occasion Permits, wine and spirit
