Returning to the LCBO Events Kitchen are the good folks from Wheatley’s own
Loop’s Fisheries talking about what it’s like to fish the Great Lakes
and what there is to be had from these wonderful inland bodies of water. We
will top the evening off with samples of their unique smoked fishes and a
couple of recipes cooked up to give you a new hook on serving these
