wines. The 2007 Merlot Sierra Foothills is well-balanced and very
food-friendly. Try it with roasted pork, veal chops, or a medium-rare
steak. The 2008 Symphony Obsession has musky, floral and Turkish delight
aromas, delivering a mouthful of sweet and ripe flavours. It pairs well
with spicy Asian dishes. Try both today. |

VINTAGES RELEASE TASTING Join us for a sampling to two VINTAGES
products. The first is the Arboleda Chardonnay, recently released on
November 7. This Chilean wine has a golden yellow colour with intense
tropical fruit such as mango which are complemented by sweet aromas. The
Jester Shiraz, a South Australian wine with Italian roots, is a
full-bodied juicy Shiraz with hints of oak. Enjoy with prime rib or rare
tuna steaks! |
