BEAULIEU VINEYARDS WINES Beaulieu Vineyards located in California’s
Nappa Valley has been producing quality wines since 1904. Sample
Beaulieu Vineyards Coastal Cabernet Sauvignon, with aromas of cassis,
plum, and vanilla, flavours of ripe blackberry, spice and vanilla and
silky tannins would be great paired with a steak from the barbeque. If
you prefer white try Beaulieu Vineyards Coastal Savignon Blanc, the
fruity tones of grapefruit and gooseberry and fresh herbs and grass
notes makes this wine a great match for summer salads or grilled fish. |

ALEXANDER KEITH'S DARK ALE Try the latest from Nova Scotia’s
Alexander Keith’s brewery. This brew is crafted using roasted specialty
malts to create dark mahogany coloured ale with distinctive notes of
chocolate and coffee. Try it with a hearty traditional pub dish such as
shepherds pie, oysters or fish & chips. |

NEW WORLD AND OLD WORLD SELECTIONS The Jester Shiraz, a South
Australian wine with Italian roots, is a full-bodied juicy Shiraz with
hints of oak. Enjoy with prime rib or rare tuna steaks! The Bourgogne
Chardonnay comes from the geographical headquarters of the Chardonnay
grape. Expect aromas of baked apple, citrus, cinnamon and a hint of
vanilla. It’s tantalizing with freshwater fish or vegetable stir-fry. |
